This is a heart-throat opening workshop that will focus on the Anahata and Vishuddha chakras. Through asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra, we will work to unblock the flow of love that is in each of us. This workshop is a homecoming. Sliding scale cost: $30.00-$40.00.
