4 Doors.png

the four doors are of purification...they lead us to compassion.

What to Expect
In each of the THREE 2-hour classes of The Four Doors series, we will engage in ninety minutes of a mixed-level warming Vinyasa flow inspired by the collective dharma of Ani Pema Chodron and Father Greg Boyle, as offered the summer of 2018 at the UCLA campus on courage and compassion.

Their dharma offering will be expertly paired with the embodiment practice the traditional yogic pranayama of the four purifications, and guided mindfulness meditation.

Attendees will receive the experience both physically in the alignment-based asanas, but also spiritually in the intentional practice of compassion-expansion. We are working with what is already there in body, mind, and spiritual presence---come as you are.

Hands-on adjustments, essential oils, and alignment and breath-based cueing are all tools that are employed in this opening work.

All levels of yogis are welcome, but you must be 14 years or older to practice in this series.
